1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.

Some items such as knives, magazines, self-defense devices, or other regulated accessories may require additional handling time. These items may take 4–6 business days prior to shipment depending on supplier availability and compliance checks.

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as:

• UPS
• FedEx

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

1. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that violate applicable laws or shipping restrictions.

1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, NM TASERS And More LLC is not responsible for stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier and local authorities if theft is suspected.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined below.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Pricing errors
• Product listing errors
• Inventory discrepancies
• Suspected fraud
• System or technical malfunctions

If an order is canceled, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

1. Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, pricing and product information errors may occasionally occur.

In the event of a pricing mistake, incorrect listing, or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

• Items returned without original packaging or accessories

For safety and liability reasons, these items cannot be accepted for return once they have left our facility, except in cases where the item arrives defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

Return restrictions apply even if a product description does not explicitly state that the item is non-returnable or final sale. Product descriptions may not list every applicable restriction.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that certain product categories are final sale and not eligible for return.

1. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or refusal by the customer may be subject to:

• Return shipping charges
• Carrier fees
• A restocking fee where applicable

These charges may be deducted from the customer’s refund.
