- If you believe your cartridge is defective, you must contact Axon Enterprise, Inc. (TASER manufacturer) directly for warranty evaluation and support.
- We cannot process refunds or exchanges for used or opened cartridges.
B. TASER™ Devices
- TASER™ devices may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
- Opened or activated TASER™ devices may not qualify for return unless authorized by the manufacturer under a warranty claim.
- Device returns must be inspected before a refund is issued to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
8. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
Some products are designated as final sale, non-returnable, or non-refundable.
