All products sold through NM TASERS And More Training LLC Shop are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by product and manufacturer.
Below you will find information regarding each product’s specific warranty as provided by the manufacturer. To submit a warranty claim, you must follow the manufacturer’s official warranty process and claim instructions.
AXON
Axon warrants that its citizen model CEWs (Pulse 2, Pulse, Pulse+, Bolt 2, StrikeLight, StrikeLight 2, X1 Professional Series, X2 Professional Series, and TASER 7 CQ Home Defense Series) and cartridges are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of receipt. Cartridges that are expended are deemed to have operated properly. Axon-manufactured accessories, including, but not limited to: batteries and battery packs; battery chargers; carrying cases; cables; holsters; and camera mounts are covered under a limited 90-DAY warranty from the date of receipt. Non-Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturers’ warranty. In the event any country or state imposes a longer express warranty term than that described in this warranty document, then the country or state’s term will take precedence.
If a valid warranty claim is received by Axon within the warranty period, Axon agrees to repair or replace the product which Axon determines in its sole discretion to be defective under normal use, as defined in the product instructions. Axon’s sole responsibility under this warranty is to either repair or replace with the same or like product, at Axon’s option. Axon will undertake the repair, replacement, or refund one time during the warranty period.
Non-Repairable Devices for Civilian Purchases: In an effort to ensure dedication to customer safety, if you submit a device to Axon Enterprise, Inc. (Axon) that is deemed non-repairable or inoperable (outside of the Warranty period), you will be given the following choices: 1) the device will be destroyed and you will receive a discount on a new device, or 2) the device will be returned to you as is. Axon strongly recommends that you attempt to troubleshoot your product using troubleshooting steps available online, printed materials, and/or written communications provided to you directly, if applicable.

BlackHawk
At our option, Blackhawk will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any of these products that are found to be defective under these guidelines unless it is damaged due to ordinary wear and tear, lack of proper maintenance, employment outside of their areas of intended use, misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions and warnings contained herein. Please note in the case of the M.O.D.® and Blackhawk Knives products that “misuse of the product” includes, but is not limited to, such activities as prying, throwing the knife, using it as a screwdriver, or opening folding knives with inertial or "wrist snap" openings. The following conditions and exclusions also apply: Disassembly or modification of any M.O.D. or Blackhawk Knives products by an unauthorized person voids this warranty; as does alteration, misuse, battery leakage, or disassembly of any part of the Night-Ops® and Blackhawk Flashlights other than for battery or bulb replacement (as described in the instruction manual). Disassembly or modification of any Blackhawk Stocks products by an unauthorized person voids this warranty (as described in the instruction manual).
The limited warranty contained herein is your exclusive warranty. All other warranties are hereby expressly excluded and disclaimed. All implied warranties, including without limitation, are implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
We will not be liable, in any event, for any amount in excess of the purchase price of the product. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the purchase or use of these products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
For each item submitted for warranty consideration, regardless of the product line, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Blackhawk Please call 1-800-423-3537 (Option 6). to obtain that number. Please note that in addition to the RMA number, all automatic knives must also be accompanied by a copy of your law enforcement or military I.D. or be returned through a Blackhawk Authorized Dealer. And any knife returned to Blackhawk must also enclose a return shipping fee of $6.95.
Please take a moment to fill out the attached card and return it to Blackhawk This must be done within 10 days of purchase to ensure warranty service. The information you provide is also invaluable in helping us to continue to design dependable and innovative products. Additionally, it will enable us to send you information on new products as well as special sales promotions taking place at your nearest Blackhawk Authorized Dealer.
Additional International Warranty Information
Unfortunately, as with many premium quality, and highly demanded products, Blackhawk has encountered counterfeit products. There are companies producing and selling fake, but virtually identical looking products to ours, including both the Blackhawk name and logo on the product and packaging To be sure you are receiving authentic, Blackhawk products meeting our quality standards, and backed by our Warranty, please contact us at BH.Tech.Services@vistaoutdoor.com to verify that you are purchasing from an authorized distributor, dealer or reseller. Blackhawk will not honor any warranty claims from customers who did not purchase our product directly from us or one of our authorized distributors, dealers, or resellers.

M.O.D.®: 12 months: Blade-Out-The-Front Models; requires proof of purchase
Life of the Original Owner: All products; requires proof of purchase.*

Excluded are the Harkins Triton (blade-out-the-front) models which are

Excluded are the batteries, bulbs, and electronics found within the
Night-Ops line. There is no coverage for the batteries and bulbs, but the
electronics are covered by a one-year warranty with proof of purchase.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Any Carry Belt is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original retail purchase from Blade-Tech or an authorized Blade-Tech retailer listed on our Retail Directory is covered by this Limited One-Year Warranty.
What is NOT covered:
Intentional damage, chemical exposure, exposure to open flame or extreme temperature, normal wear and tear such as scuffs, scratches, and abrasions, second hand purchases, non-authorized third party retailers and discontinued product lines. Any modifications made to our product is not covered under warranty.
PREVIOUS WARRANTY INFORMATION
Blade-Tech updated it’s warranty on 1/1/2018. Any order placed on or before 12/31/2017 will be subject to Blade-Tech’s previous warranty stated below.
All Blade-Tech manufactured products have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Blade-Tech will repair, replace or refund the purchase price, at Blade-Tech's discretion, of any product covered under warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, abuse or failure to read or follow instructions. Blade-Tech offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee which gives the customer the option of returning their product without explanation within 30 days of receipt. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and will be refunded the purchase price of the items, excluding shipping charges. Blade-Tech makes no other warranties unless prohibited by applicable state law. The warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied are excluded and do not apply to sales of Blade-Tech product for a particular use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Blade-Tech products is expressly disclaimed and excluded.

VALOR® Duty Holster — Limited Warranty
The following VALOR® Duty Holster warranty is distinct from the general Blade-Tech policies above. Policies above do not apply to the VALOR® Duty Holster, and this VALOR® Duty Holster section does not apply to non-VALOR products.
Limited Warranty
Blade-Tech warrants the VALOR® Duty Holster to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with all safety and operating instructions.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
ExclusionsNormal wear and tear; cosmetic scuffs, scratches, abrasions.
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, chemical exposure, open flame, or extreme temperatures.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs; use with unapproved accessories or configurations.
Second-hand purchases, or purchases from non-authorized sellers.
How to Make a Claim
Submit a claim with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Stop using the holster immediately if a defect is suspected.
Upon verification, Blade-Tech will repair or replace the product at no charge other than shipping and handling.
Limitations of Liability
The exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the product.
Blade-Tech is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages.
Any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness) are limited to the warranty duration, where permitted by law.

All standard CrossBreed® products come with a two-week trial. If your purchase doesn't work for you, Check our Returns & Exchanges page for more information. We will be happy to exchange or to refund your item(s) back, less shipping and handling charges. Once the two-week trial period expires, the sale is final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping on any items being sent for a refund or exchange.
**Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on one-of-a-kind items such as custom holsters, Custom Shop printed holsters* (including the ROSE by SIG SAUER™ items) or specialty belts.
After your two-week-try-it-free period is over, your holster* still carries a lifetime warranty and we will repair or replace it as long as you own it if it fails you in any way under normal use. Here is how:
Please send us 2 or 3 photos of the cracked and/or damaged holster via a Support Ticket, showing the damaged area and the entire holster or mag carrier. Also, fill out the current version of our Repair Authorization Form. Be sure to include information such as your order number (if available), which firearm the holster is for, and your shipping address. You can also send them to info@cbholsters.com. You will not need to send your damaged holster back to us.
**Lifetime warranty does not apply to Belly Bands, Liberty Bands, Ankle Holsters by Crossbreed® or Belts by CrossBreed®.
There are additional fees that may apply to a return/exchange. If an additional fee applies, please include the payment in the box or indicate on the form how you would like to take care of the fee. This will help us to process your return quickly.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT Products that are found to be defective can be returned for a replacement or credit toward the purchase of other products during the warranty period of that specific product. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends after the following period:

All defective returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Contact our office for an RMA#, which must be put on the outside of the box. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA # will be refused. The cost to ship the defective product back to Streetwise Security Products will be paid by the customer. For your protection, we recommend that they are shipped with tracking information and insurance. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back will be paid by Streetwise Security.
Please test the product(s) before returning to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also, the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts, instructions, and accessories must be included to receive full credit.
Uncle Mikes
